The Hallows [Open]

[Maiyah]

Maiyah glared at him and looked at the ball. Her poker face threatened to crack, but rather than shocked, her face put on a mask of wonderment. She turned off her bike and got off, lowering herself down closer to the ground to look at the ball. "My freakin'... what... I've never seen anything like this before..." It was time to allow her amazement at such a creation to be truly expressed. She reached her hand around it but not touching it, following its contour with marveling interest. "What's it made of?" she leaned in and sniffed it, licking it real quick and stepping back, "...Fascinating. What is it?"

[Trunks]

"Its nothing of you only have one but if you have all seven its everything." Trunks was trying to keep her from finding out what the Dragon Ball's did he relaxed some when she got off her bike if she took off now he would be able to stop her before she got on her bike. He started to put his Dragon Ball back into the pocket on the inside of his jacket.

[Maiyah]

"Really," she said, backing away towards her bike, "Well, thanks for showing me, kid. I'll be sure to do my research later." She mounted her bike and started it back up. As she did though, she looked at him, studied his features, everything about him. "Well, I'll be seein' ya," she said as she revved up the bike.

[Trunks]

Trunks stood and watched her there was no point in following her if she only had one of the Dragon Ball's she couldnt have the other six because he had one with him but then he remember'ed he didnt know who she was taking it to. "Who are you workin for?" Trunks yelled towards her.

[Maiyah]

She stopped revving up the bike and pulled out her Jericho, pointing it at his forehead, "What part of 'it's none of your business' do you not understand? I don't have one of those crystal ball things of yours. I have a gem, kid, made of amber with a mosquito inside. Ancient peoples had these goddamn things everywhere, and he wants to crack it open. My client and you have nothing to do with each other, so mind your own damn business before I'm forced to dirty my record further by tossing your lifeless body into a ditch!"

[Trunks]

"Heh i'd like to see you try." Trunks was deciding whether or not he should follow her he decided that even if she had a dragonball she only had one and it wasnt that big of a deal he would just have to keep his dragon ball safe if she tried to take it. there was no way she had all the other 6 it just wasnt possible.

[Maiyah]

Maiyah snarled at him, "You would. Stop following me, little boy." She revved up the bike again and rolled off on her way, shaking her head slowly and riding off away from the area. She huffed, angry at her encounter. Her client better be paying her a lot for this ridiculous venture.

[Goku]

Gohan was flying high overhead, wondering just how to fix this problem Kibito Kai had warned them all about. This is bad...if Broly is back. Who else may have come back? And the question is..just how strong have they become? Indeed it was a puzzling..and somewhat terrifying thought. The likes of which sent a shiver down Gohan's back.

Blinking as he sensed a familiar ki nearby, Gohan would descend to verify who it belonged to, and sure enough it belong to Trunks..and he was chasing..Oh no...I thought the police had her... thought Gohan as his gaze rested upon Maiyah. He was going to have to hide his surprise. Thankfully he changed his voice as Saiyaman somewhat, so she -hopefully- wouldn't put two and two together.

"Trunks what's going on here?" asked Gohan once he landed safely next to him. "Why are you following this woman when you should be training? Of course, Gohan had no room to be talking about training..but he was going to start again soon! He just kept getting sidetracked as he tried to fly home. First a highway shooting..now Trunks chasing this woman. What else could happen today?

[Maiyah]

Maiyah didn't like how things were going. She slowed her bike when this other guy came up on the seen, flying down just like everyone else. She stared at him for a bit, leaning her bike back towards a large boulder. "Oh, is this pup yours, sir?" she holstered her gun and pointed to him. "This little brat keeps bothering me, going on about these balls that are crap alone but amazing together. I'm not sure what the hell it all means but whatever these balls are, I don't have one and they have nothing to do with me." She looked at the taller guy. He felt kind of familiar, but Maiyah could have sworn she had never seen him before. Then again, she was looking at him through one eye.

[Trunks]

"Im almost positive she has a Dragon ball Gohan. When i pulled mine out and asked her if it looked like the piece of "Amber" she claims to have gotten from where the fight with Broly happened and she said something all i could really understand was I've never seen anything like this." Trunks was angered by her calling him a pup but wouldnt let it show if she had this over him it could be bad for him.

[Goku]

Gohan would cringe as Trunks mentioned the Dragon Balls out loud, even going so far as to bring a finger to his lips to signal Trunks to be quiet. "Trunks you don't know if that's even true. For all you know she could just have amber. And if she has a Dragon Ball..." Gohan's tone dropped as he finished this sentence. "It's not like we can't trade something in return. I mean...your family is loaded.

Sighing, Gohan would do his best to keep his attention off of the woman. He knew she had a feeling she had met him before, and he was doing his best to ensure she didn't put two and two together. Besides, we don't have the time to worry about the Dragon Balls. You've got to get to training."

[Trunks]

Your one to speak about me not training thought Trunks. "Gohan when i asked her if she had a you know she pulled something close to the ground and what looked like licked it. i dont think she would have done that if it didnt look like what i had shown her." Trunks knew Gohan was right that they could just bribe her into giving them the dragonball but what if she would accept the offer? maybe she was more worried about giving it to her employer than getting a little more money or maybe she didnt know how much money she was going to be payed Trunks couldnt help himself of thinking about reasons she would decline.

[Maiyah]

Maiyah glared at Trunks, "Please, my line of work asks me to get in touch with what I'm looking at. I know my treasures in and out, and trust me, Puppy, that thing? Not what I'm after." She put her hands on her hips, glaring next at Gohan. Goddamnit, where has she seen this guy? Perhaps a movie or a magazine. No... he's not good enough looking to be a model. Ech. "I don't know what the hell these dragon things are, but I don't have one. I've never seen one before, that's why I got interested, little doof." She reached forward to flick his nose.

[Goku]

Sighing, Gohan would focus his attention on Maiyah, figuring it would be best to apologize for the entire situation. After all...starting to calm it is better than letting it continue. "I'm sorry for my friend bothering you ma'am."says Gohan quietly as he keeps a hand on Trunks' shoulder to prevent him from trying to lash out.

"He's just got a lot on his mind and tends to overreact sometmes." Hopefully she buys that...thought Gohan as he keeps his gaze on Maiyah. He knew she was a tricky one, that much was true. He had handed her to the police personally, but she had managed to escape them all. In a way..she kind of reminded him of Launch's bad side. The stories Goku had told him about her still made him laugh to this day. Of course, said memories caused a smile to flicker upon Gohan's face.

"So what do you say? Shall we start over? My name is Gohan." says the halfling warrior as he holds a hand out for Maiyah to take in greeting. "What's yours?

[Trunks]

Trunks pulled away slightly from Gohan and muttered under his breath "Right it requires you to get in touch with things while your having an argument with a kid who just showed you something you dont have." Trunks was aggravated that Gohan wouldnt belive him what was it going to take her somehow getting Trunks' dragon ball or hers falling out of her jacket?
