Okay guys, the site is officially reopened. First off..there are a few things you need to read and can be found in the The Basics thread that you all read upon joining. Second, not everyones stat pages are done..and i am still working on those so if not all of your peoples stats are there, they will be shortly. I jsut figured why not open up the site again seeing as it's been closed for about a week now.
Second, do NOT post in Namek or Other World..or try to locate Dragon Balls as the Dragon ball system is goign to change as well. Namek and Other Worlds boards aren't up yet, so I don't want anyone posting there. Until then..have fun rp'ing.
Also...every race (including Androids) Now has transformations..and in attempt to gain more members, I've also added -some- aspects from GT....such as Super Saiyan 4. Also a few characters have been deemed too powerful to be rp'd by the staff, so there is going to be an admin npc only list for certain chars.
