Appearance- This android always tends to wear a black t-shirt with the RR logo on the left side along with a white sweatshirt underneath. He wears blue/white shoes with green socks, as well with a unique orange bandanna over his neck. Upon his ears Seventeen wears one gold earing upon each one.

Personality- Seventeen is easy to get along with, besides the fact he is an android. And one that likes to cause havoc at that. The main factor of his personality is he grows bored easily, if something doesn't satisfy him, it'll be obvious to know. Yet his strongest trait of his being is sense of self. This meaning Seventeen knows who he is and won't be brainwashed so easily.
Likes- Driving around than flying since it doesn't seem the easy way. Playing games with other forms of life (ones that include some what destruction). As well as causing anarchy.
Dislikes- Those trying to control him, tell him he's no good or giving him irrelevant nicknames. He also seems to hate being called an "out of date" android.
Over all- Seventeen is just an anarchist. Or, a rebel without a cause. He has no real personal goals, only to live life to it's ends. (Seeing as he never ages.)

Attacks(Beams, not physical)- Accel Dance – Android 17 and his twin Android 18 double team with a combo of punches and kicks, ending with a barrage of energy attacks.
Android Barrier – A technique where energy is forced out from the body in the form of a shield with massive force. The barrier can be used to both defend against oncoming projectiles and to expand and damage the surroundings around it.
Energy Attack – The most basic form of energy wave used by androids. Finger Beam – A barrage of narrow rays emitted from 17's index finger. Same kill as with Death Beam.
Power Blitz – A strong energy wave fired from the palm of his hand. It can be launched as a single energy wave, concentrated into a ball of ki.
Full Power Energy Ball- An attack where 17 forces a large amount of ki above his palm, almost like a Big Bang Attack then releases it onto his opponent.
Transformations- None.
Weakness: Cockiness. Seventeen at times thinks of himself as the best being in the world, which sometimes he'll give his opponent time to recover greatly. This could also lead him to giving that person a free shot and may be damaged greatly in the process.
Strengths: Due to Gero's cybernetic enhances on Seventeen, he has an unlimited supply of energy. Along with endless stamina so this way he'll never tire out from a fight. Another strength of his is limitless youth, which he is immune to aging and such.

Rp Sample[/u] Have you ever had one of those days where you knew that day, that single day, would be just boring as hell? Well, then you would almost know what it would be like to be Seventeen, because those days are almost his whole life. Except possibly today.
It was seven o'clock, a.m. The young android walked among the Central City, the 'big apple'. If you were going to start a boring day, why not start it as early as possible? Well, it's not like he actually slept or rested or anything, he was always on the move for seem reason. As if nothing could slow or bring him down. He walked among the earthlings, passing them by without a glance as if he pretended they weren't alive. Well, to him, they weren't of any importance. "Just a bunch of losers.."
A person or two would look at him, blinking as they seen the seemingly human young man speak to himself. "Nothing but pathetic louses." He said, staring directly at a woman who seemed to be in her mid 30's, along with her 'mate' that seemed to be in his late ones. "W-..what?" She said, the man coming directly in front of him as the android stopped. "Hey! What did you just say about her and me?!" He yelled, Seventeen not amused. Not. One. Bit. "I said, that your girlfriend's going to abandon you for someone who actually cares and.." His light blue eyes shifted to the woman, "He'll cheat on you just to have sex with another woman." the man furious as he clutched his fist.
"You better shut up pal! Or I'll...Knock your block off!" Seventeen's lips formed a slight smirk, "Oh really? I'd like to see that 'pal'." the male punching him in the temple as this caused his head to turn and move hair into his eyes. After such movement, the male rubbed his knuckles. "Yeah! Take that!" The android was still smirking, moving a few strands of hair from his eyes as he stared directly at the one who struck him. "You know, human, I'd thought you'd be able to have some sort of strength." With that, Seventeen rose a finger towards him, a gold beam shooting out past the man's chest, which struck his heart and through his back as this killed him. The woman gasped, too terrifed to yell or scream as the android looked towards her. " See, I told you. He just cheated on you, with Death herself."
