History: Goten was the second son of Goku and Chi-Chi, Gohan being the first child, after the Cell Games. Goku had been killed in a self-sacrificial attempt at death, so he had to be raised by his mother and brother. Unlike his older brother, he wasn't pushed in school, and was trained by his mother in martial arts.

It was discovered that Goten was extremely strong, even compared to his father or brother at his age, and he was even able to become a Super Saiyan at the age of seven. With training, his strength just kept increasing. His best friend and and "fight game" partner is Trunks, child of his father's childhood companion Bulma and also his rival, Vegeta. The games they played served as training for them both.

After finding out that Goku, his father, would be returning to earth for one day, Goten was excited. He trained a lot with his brother, eventually learning to fly, in preparation for the tournament. Upon meeting his father, he was sort of shy, but they got along well. In the Junior Division, Goten and Trunks easily made it to the finals, and despite limitations they both agreed on, Trunks transformed into a Super Saiyan and won. Wanting more of a challenge, the two ented the Adult Division disguised as Mighty Mask.

After Gohan was attacked and the Z-Fighters leave to follow the attackers, Goten and Trunks fought Android 18 and Mr. Satan in a Battle Royale. After being disqualified when Android 18 finds them to be kids, they left and learned from Videl that everyone is off following Babidi. They flew to Babidi's space ship, and saw that Piccolo and Krillin were turned to stone by the Demon King Dabura, but they turned back to normal when Dabura was killed by Majin Buu. With Goku and Gohan knocked out, Vegeta went in to fight but is also beaten. Goten and Trunks tried to help, but Vegeta knocked them unconscious for their safety and tried to blow himself up as an attempt to finish him, but the enemy regenerated himself instead.

Goten was taken to Kami's Lookout to take refuge, but Babidi announced where he, Piccolo and Trunks were hiding. Waking up, the boys attacked Mr. Popo, but Goku stopped them and told them that Vegeta and Gohan were dead. After being taught the fusion technique, the boys found that Babidi threatened to blow up West City. Trunks went to get the Dragon Radar and Goku to hold off Babidi and Buu. After Goten hugged his father one last time, Goku went back to the Other World as his time was up.

After three days, Goten and Trunks had learned the full fusion dance and were ready to fight Majin Buu. After seeing Super Buu turn his mother into an egg and crush it, Goten trained as hard as he could. Fusing, the two created Gotenks, who fought Majin Buu twice and almost won. Unfortunately, Gotenks was absorbed by Super Buu after Gohan arrived from the Sacred World of the Kai's to help.

Goten and Trunks were freed from Super Buu because of his father and Vegeta, but they both died when Kid Buu destroyed the planet. After being revived by the Dragon Balls, everyone contibuted their energy to Goku's Spirit Bomb to defeat Buu once and for all.

After Buu was defeated, Goten continued to train with Trunks and achieved the Super Saiyan 2 form. In his personal life, he’s dated around, but has no solid relationship. He continues to train a lot.

Goten initially frowned. Being only eight, he was an impatient person. He was pretty sad about his misfortune, and while Citan would be off- eating food, no less- Goten would sit here, bored and hungry, until his new friend returned. What a day.

Then, Citan became the smartest Saiyan in the world in Goten's eyes. He had a brilliant plan. Not only would Goten be with Citan and thus not bored, and with food to boot. Was that the best plan in the universe or what? Goten proceeded to smile widely, nodding.

"That would be awesome!" Goten said as he lifted into the air. "Where is the ship?" he asked. Normally, he knew he was supposed to ask his mom before going to friends houses, and presumably ships as well, but he was too excited to remember, and he probably wouldn't have, anyways.

As soon as Citan would fly off, Goten would follow him.

Tell us about yourself: I’m a 17-year-old soon-to-be Senior in high school. DBZ is by far my favorite to RP, but I never find a site which is active for long.

APPROVED! Just to catch you up on current events. Bibidi and Babidi kinda did a bit of a father/son teamup and drained canon Z Fighters of their strength, meaning their power levels dropped, and you have to get to the right power level to transform again. The training is pretty simple actually, and if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.
